OUTCOME: Complete defense verdict in favor of my client and recovery of all fees and costs.

My client was a general contractor who was building out a high end luxury apartment for use by the trading card company Upper Deck. Upper Deck decided to lock my client out, refused to pay its invoices ... , and then filed a baseless suit for construction defects to try and justify its poor behavior.
