A Venezulen national had been ordered removed (deported) from the U.S. for missing a court hearing in her removal proceedings. A motion to reopen was submitted to the Office of Chief Counsel in an effo ... rt to get them to join in the Motion. After requesting additional evidence and statements, they agreed to join the Motion and the client is on her way now to obtaining her legal permanent residency status through her U.S. citizen son's application.
