Dustin Wayne Warren

Dustin Warren opened his own office in 2017 after being a law clerk and associate attorney for Elmer J. George for several years. He has extensive experience in representing clients throughout the Commonwelath of Kentucky in a variety of areas. His firm operates as a general practice firm with specific focuses on probate law and estate planning, family law, criminal defense, business formation and consulting, and civil/personal injury litigation. 

Josh is now actively involved with the American Bar Association, serving as a member of numerous committees in all of the aforementioned focus areas of the law. Dustin serves as the City Attorney for the City of Columbia, Kentucky. Also, Dustin is involved in his church, community, and the Democratic Party, where he serves as the Kentucky Democratic House of Representatives Caucus Attorney. 

Dustin received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky and his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Samford University. While at Kentucky, Dustin served as the University of Kentucky Wildcat Mascot from 2009 through 2011, as well as holding numerous leadership roles in his fraternity, Phi Kappa Tau. While at Samford, Dustin assisted Professor Brad Bishop in updating and publishing his Municipal Courts textbook, was a founding member of the JD/MBA student organization, and was a member of the award winning trial advocacy program.
