On March 3, 2011, Plaintiff filed this lawsuit against Defendants, alleging, among other things, that they failed to provide her with sign language interpreters and otherwise failed to effectively comm ... unicate with her in violation of title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12181-12189, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Section 504”), 29 U.S.C. § 794. The Defendants used her 7 year old daughter to interpret during an appointment at Trinity Regional Medical Center.
