Problems after custody

After my divorce I was granted full custody of my son , we had the visitation set up where his mother would get him every other weekend . right after this all took place my son was experiencing some bad visits & would call me to come get him , which I couldn't do because of legal reasons .. a friend ...of mine told me about Mary Burnett & said to call her and talk with her ...from the very first call & having never meet her , she was amazing , my son & I had a visit with her about our concerns & she was so easy to talk to and understood our every need ... within days of meeting with her our concerns were all taken care of ... she did an awesome job with every last detail pertaining to our needs . She has forever made a difference in mine and my sons life. Thank you so much Mary for all you did ...

Contested divorce

Hired Mary after a bad experience with another divorce attorney in elizabethtown. Very easy to contact and listens to what you want. Does not push you into doing things that you don't want to do. Very happy with her work and results

Exceptional Attorney

We hired Mary Burnett for a contested divorce / custody for my Fiance's children. In our case the children were exposed to being around Heroin and other drugs and we feared for their lives in the situation they were living in. We were denied in Grayson County an EPO to get both boys in our care throu...gh the filing process. We had both boys in our care and while we were at work the mother came and took one of them. Because there were no divorce papers or custody filings of any sort we had no right according to police to get him back in our care, it was considered a domestic dispute. However It took some time but with Faith, Patience and a Wonderful Attorney we won our case and got to bring the other son home with us the same day! The boys are still securely in our care and their father has sole custody. Mary was very informative and supportive through the whole process and we feel extremely Blessed to have had her represent our family! We will always be glad to refer her to Everyone!
