Yould v. Yould
Nov 12, 2015OUTCOME: WON
Divorce with high student debt incurred fraudulently by the wife. I represented the husband, and we disputed her claim that her husband should participate in paying her student debt and that she was d ... enied due process of law as a result of her incarceration for fraud in obtaining the student debt. We won in the trial court and she appealed to the Alaska Supreme Court, where we won again. She then filed a petition for certiorari with the US Supreme Court, which was not granted. Yould v.
