Gun Possession Acquittal Federal Court Delaware

OUTCOME: acquittal

My client was arrested after an informant contacted the police with information that a person at a certain location was brandishing a firearm. 3 officers jumped out of their car and arrested my client ... as he walked away from them. 2 of the officers testified they saw my client throw a black object just before being arrested and they then found a handgun with a long magazine within 20 feet of the arrest site. However, I called the 3rd officer to the stand and his testimony was quite different than the other two, and the jury acquitted my client.
