Given that the determination of witness credibilit y and the weight of e ... vidence is in the province of the trier of fact, the ICA held that the court determined what was in the child' s best interest by setting forth findings of fact as to the factors enumerated in Haw. Rev. Stat. § 571-46(b). The ICA therefore affirmed.
