I was lead counsel in Solomon et al v. State of Hawaii et al decided by the Hawaii Supreme Court in dec.,2011, reapportioning the state senate to allocate an additional senator to the County of Hawaii, ... effective 2012. Thereafter, suit was filed in the Federal District Court for the District of Hawaii, to overturn the decision. That decision went straight to the US Supreme Court which affd the District Court decision which had affd the State Supreme Court decision in favor of our client,Malama Solomon.
