I am a Christian, the father of two incredible children, and a blessed son of two magnificent parents.

I am living proof that expereince matters a great deal.  More importantly, successful experience matters most.  Actual jury trial and courtroom experience coupled with a great deal of success is the formula for an awesome attorney.  I have had well over 150 jury trials in both criminal and civil matters and I still maintian a 94.8% success rate.  As a former prosecutor, I know that my expereince helps my clients, because it demands respect from my adversaries.  I vow to never take that for granted.

I have a passion for the practice of law and my own personal situations (i.e. divorce and custody battle) have helped me to become quite accomplished at not only explaining the laws to my clients, but also to relay to them the many perhaps unspoken, and sometimes unforeseen, consequences that years of experience have revealed to me. For example, prior to my divorce, I could competently tell people what the normal proceudres and eventual outcomes would be would be for their divorce/custody cases. After my divorce, I provide much more in depth analysis and explanations to help prepare them for the inevitable changes that are about to take place in their lives. Some of these these changes are welcomed and others are unwelcomed. From the emotional and mental anguish, to the strain on friends and families, and to the financial pitfalls that can be avoided, I have personal experience to add to and to aid my twenty-three years of practicing law.   

In my spare time, I like to practice martial arts and play piano.  However, with two very active and energetic young kids, I have very little "spare" time.
