Domestic violence case where client admitted to all conduct alleged in the charging documents. Parallel pending divorce and domestic violcence restraining order. DA would not agree to any disposition w ... here Doe was not the named victim (in order to preserve client's spousal support rights). Tried case twice. 1st Trial: hung 6-6 on count 1, 9-3 for guilt on count 2. Trial 2: Hung 7-5 for innocence on County 1, 10-2 for guilt count 2. Case dismissed.
