OUTCOME: As of July 2018, Taxpayer's debt of over $40,000 was settled for a total of $1 (one dollar).

Taxpayer client owed over $40,000 in personal income tax to the IRS over the past 6 years. The IRS started heavy collection activity against the Taxpayer, including levying bank accounts and his 1099 ... income. Upon hiring me, I placed him in a collection hold, released a bank levy, then negotiated with the IRS to settle his total debt.
