Client was accused of shooting up the complainant's house. Two eye witnesses claimed to have seen her do it. However, the police report said "no evidence of strike marks" on the building. Mr. Benz was ... able to cross-examine each eye witness to show that their stories were inconsistent and did not make sense. Client was very fearful that if the jury believed those witnesses her life would be over. After several days of trial she was acquitted of all charges.
