I was able to counsel our client throughout the sale of its real property and business assets, including consideration of tax issues. Prepared purchase and sale agreement, bill of sale, assignment agr ... eement, and deed necessary for the transaction, while also serving as point of contact with title and lenders involved. I also prepared corporate documents (Certificates for each party and Consents of Members of each entity) necessary for approval of the transaction. Facilitation of closing of the transaction.
