I represented the Plaintiffs in suing the Defendants for Wrongful Foreclosure, Conversion, Fraud and several other causes of action arising out of breach of several different land contracts and securit ... y deeds. I successfully received a temporary restraining order within days of being retained, which was converted into a preliminary injunction for the remainder of the case. The conclusion of the case led to my clients receiving a sizable confidential settlement.
