Mr. H.O. entered the United States without inspection. Mr. H.O. married a U.S. citizen and established a life in this country. Mr. H.O.'s former counsel filed an asylum application on his behalf tha ... t was referred to an Immigration Court. Mr. H.O. was the beneficiary of an I-130 Petition for Alien Relative. Upon obtaining a grant a grant of an I-601A Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver on Mr. H.O.'s behalf, Attorney Manzanero filed a Motion to Terminate removal proceedings that the Immigration Court granted. Mr. H.O. was then able to apply for an Immigrant Visa and return to the United States as lawful permanent resident.
