I was motivated to attend law school after working as a geologist for a family-owned oil and gas business in Kentucky. I statrted in the Environmental Department of Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, working primarily on oil and gas-related issues and litigation. In 1997, I returned to my hometown of Owensboro, and focus on oil and gas, environmental, and real estate issues. I have worked with state and federal environmental and oil and gas regulatory agencies. I also serve as General Counsel for teh Owensboro Riverport Authority. I have served on the Board of Directors for the Kentucky Oil and Gas Association since 1993, and also on the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission. I have also served as the chairman of the Daviess County Solid Waste and Environmental Education Panel for several years.
