I represented a client who was a project manager for a domestic property developer. He was required to move around frequently and would fly into Orlando every month to visit his chid. The case involv ... ed one child and his Wife who never worked. It was a long term marriage and he had a lot of alimony exposure. We are able to investigate the case and found out through investigators that the Wife was living with her boyfriend who was a multi millionaire with a yacht. We were able to prove at trial that she was in a legally recognized supportive relationship, and thus my client didnt have to pay alimony. The Judge agreed with us and my client saved hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential alimony.

This attempted murder case was tried for 5 days. My client had a seemingly impossible case to beat, and no other local attorneys wanted to take his case. I took the case on and tried the case for 5 d ... ays which resulted in a hung jury after the jury deliberated for two days. After the jury was hung, the State amended the charges and the disposition was time served and my client was able to walk free. This case involved justifiable use of deadly force for self defense, and expert witnesses of firearm experts.

Bench trial for Child Molestation. if client would have lost, he would have been a sex offender for life. This case involved the childs father going through a divorce with the ex wife. the ex wife ha ... d a boyfriend who the father did not like. I was able to prove that the father was telling the child to lie that the boyfriend was touching him and his brothers on there genitals, so that he can gain leverage in the divorce. Client acquitted. This case also took place in a very conservative county in Florida.

Represented client who had 20k worth of guns and ammo which was seized when a temporary stalking injunction was granted against him. The case involved a female deputy sheriff filing a temporary injunc ... tion against my college aged client. The deputy didnt like the fact that my client flirted with her during a traffic stop, and attempted to puller her over a few days later to get her telephone number. The judge was also pro-police because she was endorsed by the local sheriff for election. After filing numerous pre trial motions, and a motion to compel deposition, which case law and rules of procedure had to be argued for the judge to grant the deposition, petitioner knew it was trivial and unjust, and voluntarily dismissed the injunction in open court. Client that day received all seized firearms and ammunition.

Felony drug court in Hillsborough County- Client was facing 5 yrs DOC prison. Allegations for violating her probation was that she failed to show up for two scheduled drug tests. I took this case to ... bench trial- subpoenaed a deputy sheriff who took a report from the Defendant, that she was held hostage by her boyfriend and therefore did not "willfully and substantially" violate her probation. Judge dismissed the VOP.
