This case involved a client who was driving a semi-truck and rear ended another semi-truck on interstate 95. He was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. A true family man. Our client was life flighted ... from the scene of the crash and severely injured. Because our client wasn't there to tell his story due to his injuries the investigating officers blamed him for the crash. The insurance companies blamed him as well because of the officer’s investigation and they offered him nothing for his injuries. We were able to get in and listen to his story and then fight tooth and nail to prove the truth of what really happened. Although there were lots of small wins throughout the case, what really tipped the scales was when we caught the other driver in a lie. We were able to use GPS data to prove he pulled out in front of our client at the last second. We were able to force the insurance company to pay what our client deserved from the beginning!
