Case involved defamatory articles published about my client on various websites including Ripoffreport.com. These same articles were then republished on Google's search results so that this defamatory ... information was showing up when my client's company was searched for. Our case sought to obtain a judgement ruling these articles were defamatory so that these links and articles could be removed/deindexed from Google's Search results and would no longer appear when my client's company was searched for.
