OUTCOME: Case Dismissed/.7411 deferral
Client was caught in Troy with possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia contrary to law. I was able to get the paraphernalia case dismissed and the client plead guilty with a .7411 deferral.
OUTCOME: Client was issued a restricted drivers license.
Client received a restricted drivers license after being sentenced to 6 felony counts of delivery of narcotics. I appealed for the restoration of his driver's license in Circuit Court and prevailed.
OUTCOME: Dismissed the MIP, and took the marijuana plea under 74.11 advisement.
