Brantley represented the non-profit group, Florida Citizens' Alliance, Inc. in a lawsuit against the School Board of Collier County for Sunshine Law violations. The trial court ruled against FLCA. Howe ... ver, Brantley successfully appealed to the Second District Court of Appeals, which Court reversed the trial court and ruled in favor of Florida Citizens Alliance. This case set new precedent for the State of Florida and is referred to eight times in the Attorney General's Government in the Sunshine Manual.
