Defendant concurrently faced criminal charges under Unauthorized Electronic Surveilance, Voyeurism, and Peeping Tom statutes. Successfully obtained an Attachment Before Judgment on the Defendant’s real estate and bank accounts. Trial resulted in jury award for $827,688.00 for clients.

Although litigated in Federal Court, choice of law rules required the application of Moldovan Corporate Law to most of the issues at trial. The case also involved parallel litigation in the Republic of Moldova, and required extensive coordination with the company’s Moldovan legal counsel

Case involved the application of Foreign Family Law in proceedings to confirm settlements and determine beneficiary allocations in the Virginia Circuit Court.
