Removal Case. Government initially alleged Cuban National and Legal Permanent Resident , was: (1) In Absentia on previous Exclusion proceeding; (2) Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude (Larceny), and (3 ... ) Misrepresentation. Gov't agreed to dismiss all allegations except Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude. I argued that US Citizen immediate relatives would suffer Extreme Hardship if removed from the US.
