Client bought computer on credit. Paid it off within 30 days but Dell credit pmt to wrong account. Thereafter, debt was sold to Midland who reported it on my client's credit reports as a bad debt, su ... ed him to collect, and also prevented him from getting credit. After multiple disputes through the credit reporting agencies and directly to Midland, we filed suit against Midland and its related entiteld.
