Police department initiated an internal investigation of Appellant regarding misconduct. Appellant was not provided a union representative because she had retained a private attorney. Appellant subseq ... uently received discipline and complaint with the Employee Management Relations Board against union and department. The EMRB denied Plaintiff's claims and on appeal, the Supreme Court affirmed, holding the EMRB correctly concluded (1) Appellant was not entitled to union representation during the internal investigation; and (2) upheld the discipline.
