The Court of appeals clarified that unrepresented parties could not benefit from their willful ignorance, and are to be held to the same standard of reasonableness as a represented party. If an unrepr ... esented party is unreasonable, the Court may enter an award of attorneys fees against the unreasonable party. Disposition ¶ 16 For the reasons stated herein, we reverse the court's order denying Clarence's request for attorney fees and remand the matter to the trial court, which is directed to reconsider the request in light of the proper legal standards.
