Divorce, custody, restraining order
May 08, 2018OUTCOME: Father and Mother are doing better and have joint custody of their daughter.
Father (client) is served with a temporary restraining order by wife protecting herself and their 3 year old daughter. Father is prohibited from contacting wife and daughter until court hearing (over a ... month). At court hearing, wife tries to portray father as an irresponsible, abusive, and bad father and husband. After I was done with the hearing, the Judge denied wife's restraining order and granted my client the restraining order and giving him back custody of their 3 year old daugther
