Scott A. Bachert

Scott A. Bachert is a well-regarded attorney with significant experience in bankruptcy and commercial law. He served as a Panel Bankruptcy Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Kentucky from 1992 to 2005 and played a pivotal role as President of the Bowling Green - Warren County Bar Association in 1989.
