Biography
I protect people from insurance companies, corporations, and poor medical care. I am well-known in Kentucky and Tennessee for my work on personal injury cases, medical malpractice, and insurance bad faith. I insist on a friendly, client-oriented atmosphere that is responsive to client needs and requests.

During my career I have lectured and published extensively on personal injury cases and insurance company misconduct. I am always willing to consider cutting edge legal theories and cases, and make it a point to be current on all the latest trends in the law.
Besides my career in the law, I am also very active in church. I am currently finishing up a master's degree at Reformed Theological Seminary. I have been married for twenty-five years to a godly woman, and have two terrific sons.
