Mark Thomas Smith

I used Mark for a Federal traffic ticket. This is not your ordinary traffic ticket since it was on Federal land, and the rules are different and it's in Federal court. Mark was professional, and communicated clearly and often, and promptly answered my questions, via phone/email/text. He successful...ly got my ticket reduced to a non-moving violation. I thought his fee was reasonable.

The Judge made a point to instruct and educate me on Attorney Mark Smith . She stated I had a great lawyer. He worked and assisted me with a resolution for myself and the Simpson County District Court. I definitely recommend him for any one in The Bowling Green area and surrounding counties. Hopefully I will not need him in the future. I would choose him again if needed. To some they would not hire a lawyer for a citation. The two I received where serious matters. I did not want points taken away or have an incident on my insurance records. This was one-of-the best connections I made. He is well worth the money.
