After a denial of my application for social security disability, I decided to contact Jeff Roberts as we received previous knowledge that he was a very good lawyer for this type of claim. We found this to be totally true. He was very thorough in explaining the process the first day we were there. ...Then along the way of this process, we were informed of how each step was being handled. Not only was Jeff very professional, but his staff was extremely helpful as well. Questions were answered in language we definitely could understand and phone calls made to the office were returned. Then when my disability was approved, we again received a thorough explanation of the final determination.
