I represented three victims of a drunk driving accident. My clients were part of a road crew re-paving a local turnpike at night. The drunk driver had been to two local bars where he consumed a large q ... uantity of alcohol at each, but was still allowed to order more alcohol despite being intoxicated. He left the second bar, drove his car through the work zone, and struck my three clients. Two clients sustained very serious injuries while the third died of his injuries. We filed a lawsuit against the drunk driver and the two bars that had wrongfully served him alcohol while noticeably intoxicated. After a hard fought lawsuit, we were able to obtain compensation for our clients before trial.
