Homeowner sued various contractors and parties related to a fire at a neighbor's residence that damaged the home, and latent defects discovered in original construction of a luxury home in the Biltmore ... Estates in Phoenix, Arizona. I represented the homeowner. After a nearly four week jury trial, we won a verdict of more than $1M plus over $400K in attorneys' fees and costs. We prevailed on appeal, and the Arizona Supreme Court Denied Review.
