OUTCOME: Cashier's check for alimony did not need to be administered by the Trustee.

After filing, the Debtor found a cashier's check written to her ex-husband for alimony. Since alimony is non-dischargeable and since the alimony recipient was the highest priority creditor, the Court c ... ould cut out the "middleman" of the Trustee and permit delivery directly from the debtor to the creditor.
