Dalton Stanley brings a unique perspective, having served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. During this time, he worked directly with the court on complex issues. His job involved discussing bankruptcy issues with judges to help them decide which way to rule on specific issues. This helped him learn how judges make their decisions.

His experience extends well beyond the courtroom. Before opening his own practice, he spent a year working directly with clients to help them get bankruptcy relief, and gained additional experience at the Department of Justice's Office of the U.S. Trustee who oversees the integrity of the bankruptcy system.
