OUTCOME: Contract recinded in favor of my clients

Couple with an infant bought a house. The contract specified that their be no dangerous insects in the house especially scorpions. When the buyers took control of the house they discovered that the hou ... se was infested with scorpions. Their first clue was a scorpion in the crib with their newborn. They sued for breach of contract.
