OUTCOME: Trial Court lacked personal jurisdiction over my client and could not proceed with the matter.

My client's ex spouse filed for custody of their child while the child was here visiting for the summer. We sought to dismiss the action for lack of jurisdiction. The trial court did not agree. My c ... lient and I appealed the decision and were successful.
