SF tried to limine our Psych, arguing addiction is not "foreseeable" and the MVA was not the "proximate cause." SF was just hell bent on beating my guy over the head for liking to drink a little beer prior to the wreck and for smoking a little pot after the wreck to deal with pain and nausea from the pain pills. Jury righfully did not buy what State Farm was trying to sell and gave us the full $50,000.00 policy limit.
