i paid you back in march or april of this year to just file a paper in court to get me a new hearing over the custody of my children you literally took my money and still havent fullfilled your obliagations as a lawyer and havent done one thing that you told me you would do so ill be stopping by your... office to get paid my money back that you took from me paid in full...

Absolutely the rudest guy i have ever met. Know it all, thinks his sh*t doesn’t stink. i went in for a consultation to see how much he charged & he got mad at me because I couldn’t give him $1500 up front because i’m a single mother & asked him to do payments. He said no & I just let it go. He called... me a month later & went off on me because I didn’t hire him. He received a witness list from the other side & was mad at me over it & I said “you aren’t my lawyer why did they send it to you, you need to tell them you aren’t my lawyer. i cant afford it” & he got even more upset. He messed up a lot of things because he didn’t step up & say he wasn’t my lawyer. The other side wasn’t sending me anything in the mail or contacting me because they were contacting Jimmy & he never told me until last minute. I have heard nothing but bad things about him from everyone also. He absolutely does not care about his clients.

This review is long over due. In 2008 I hired Webb to represent me in my divorce. I paid a $750 retainer fee. The only thing he done was file my petition for divorce. He would not return my calls or be in the office for scheduled appointments. And HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR TWO OF MY HEARINGS! He left me... hanging, not even a phone call! I requested a partial refund which he refused. I had to retain another attorney and pay additional money for the divorce. I made a complaint to the KY Bar Association and never even received a response from them.
