Biography
Andrew Barde is originally from Dayton, OH. He received his Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. In 2011 Andrew graduated with honors from the University of Toledo College of Law. In law school Andrew served as a note and comment editor on the University of Toledo Law Review. In addition, he completed internships with the Supreme Court of Ohio, Lucas County Child's Services, and the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office in Detroit.
After passing the Indiana Bar Exam in 2011, Andrew began working as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Dearborn County Indiana. At the prosecutor's office he dealt with all sorts of cases ranging from juvenile and child support to major felonies. Andrew passed the Kentucky Bar Exam in 2013 and shortly thereafter he began working in immigration for a healthcare staffing company in the Cincinnati area.
In addition, Andrew has volunteered in Immigration Court as a friend of the court for unaccompanied minors from Central American and has been involved in other pro bono activities for child and adults in removal proceedings. In his free time Andrew enjoys studying languages and prior to opening his firm Andrew studied Spanish in San Jose, Costa Rica. He is a member on the American Immigration Lawyers' Association and the Kentucky Bar Association.
