HORRIBLE ATTORNEY
JEFF OTIS WAS HORRIBLE. HE WAS HIRED BY ME AND PAID IN ADVANCE AND NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE STOPPED ALL CONTACT AND NEVER FINISHED WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. HE USED RIDICULOUS EXCUSES AS TO WHY HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. DO NOT USE HIM
