Client appealed from the trial court's order revoking parole, revoking probation, and from the judgment of sentence imposed on him after the court revoked his probation. The Superior Court reversed th ... e order revoking client's probation, and reversed the judgment of sentence imposed upon client after his probation was revoked. Restitution was not a condition of client's probation on DUI conviction, and thus, Superior Court held trial court committed an error of law in revoking client's probation on the grounds he owed money on his DUI count.
