Steven Douglas Jaeger

Often described as down-to-earth and easy to talk to, Steven D. Jaeger is a founding member of the Jaeger Firm. He gets to know his clients on a personal level, dedicating his time and expertise to finding the perfect course of action for each individual case. Knowledgeable in multiple areas of law, Steve fosters trust in his professional relationships.

Through unique personal circumstances, Steve understands first-hand the need to plan for long-term care and estate issues. Diagnosed with several life-altering auto-immune disorders, Steve has been forced to face the likelihood that some day, he may need long-term care. That’s why he’s dedicated his life to learning more about the law in order to help others like him understand the need for long-term planning and the options available to families planning for the unexpected. Steve is passionate about helping families and individuals create a plan to protect themselves and their families and preserve their legacies.

With a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, he’s licensed to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court: Eastern District of Kentucky, and the following Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal: the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Circuits.

Steve is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He’s also a life member of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and actively defends the 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms.
