Tasha K. Schaffner

We help people plan their asset distribution in the event of death or divorce through drafting thoughtful and tailored prenuptial agreements and wills. We help those who make a conscious choice not to litigate their divorce process through Collaborative Divorce. We help people who are accused of crimes.

Her practice, based in Northern Kentucky, is focused on divorce as well as all aspects of family law, including paternity, custody, adoption, and child support. Ms. Schaffner has represented individuals in all aspects of family law. Ms. Schaffner has litigated significant cases through the appeals process, resulting in changes to Kentucky law affecting families. Early in her career, Ms. Schaffner successfully litigated civil and criminal matters from traffic tickets to murder jury trials, before choosing to focus solely on family law.
