Represented Mr. Baker at the trial level in Kentucky defending him over the newly enacted 1000 foot residency restriction on registered sex offenders. After having the law declared unconstitutional, t ... he case made its way to the Kentucky Supreme Court where we defended the ruling and won. The Attorney General sought review from the United States Supreme Court but it was denied after we filed our objection.
