OUTCOME: Client is appointed community supervisor and guardian of his wife, retrieved his property back.

Clients wife had a condition that left her unable to take care of herself. Client's daughter was living in the home and had used the power of attorney that her mother executed years earlier to transfer ... clients home, money and car into her own name. Client was also hindered from taking care of his wife because his daughter interfered with making medical decisions for his wife.
