Represented Husbands and Wives and former Husbands and Wives in Family Law Cases in Kentucky, Florida, and Georgia cases.

I have represented persons in General Practice Cases (those not specially listed above) most recently in Kentucky mostly in Clay, Jackson, and Leslie Counties, and in other Kentucky Counties, in both State and Federal Courts, and in Florida and Georgia.

Represented juveniles and relatives of juveniles in Juvenile Court cases in Kentucky in Clay, Hyden, Jackson, Harlan, and Bell Counties.

Represented claimants in Social Security claims since 1978, mostly in claims where the issue was whether the person was disabled, but also in cases where the date of birth of the claimant was disputed, and whether the paternity of the deceased worker's child was disputed by the Social Security Administration, and whether the decedent had been legally married to his living companion during his work period.

Prepared self proving wills for Husbands, Wives, and other people, which were notarized; Prepared wills specifying who receives property, who receives child custody, who is named as trustee and guardian for minor children, and who as personal representative administers the estate of the deceased person.

I have represented relatives of deceased persons in two cases. The first case was where a man driving a mowing rig for the County was struck by a train engine wrecking the mowing tractor and killing him; a satisfactory settlement was achieved for his mother from the Railway Corporation. A minor child was killed as a result of the collision of the vehicle in which he was a passenger, and an uninsured vehicle driven by a drunk driver; basically policy limits settlements were made.
