A U.S. Citizen wife wanted to file an I-130 Petition for her immigrant husband. I personally walked them through the process and advised them on proper documentation that USCIS looks for. The petition ... was filed in November and granted in July. We are currently assisting the husband with a provisional unlawful presence waiver as well.
