I was direct response called for 2 weeks by the employee "Michelle" she called everyday, left VM everyday and text everyday. I finally returned call and began my battle to receive SS benefits. The staff was inattentive, incorrect and mostly unavailable. I was left to do all the contacting prior MD'S... chasing down records all long distance. When I did manage to speak to contact Loretta Roach, she was trite and never followed thru any of the records track down. After 12 months of nothing I filled out the Dismissal of rep with SSA and their office 12/20. Because those inepts have not confirmed they have been fired, they are still being copied papers from SSA to me, receiving requests from SSA and still unresponsive. I'm about to give them a ring, let's see how this plays out
